Getting Rid of Nose Hairs

!±8± Getting Rid of Nose Hairs

Nose hairs getting the best of you these days? There's no doubt we're all familiar with that experience where you saw a friend, that special someone or just a stranger in some place with a nose hair dangling out of their nostrils. It has to be without question one of the most distracting things you'll ever see even though the problem seems so dismissive.

In spite of the fact that in reality everything on our body has a purpose, so do nose hairs. Just think of what would happen if you didn't have nose hairs.. everything you can imagine, including those things that you couldn't see would be infiltrating your nasal regions with free reign because there would nothing there to protect it from "unwanted" visitors.

Now for some odd reason it's almost socially acceptable for a guy to have unusually long nose hairs but for the women that's just not going to be well received.. however men and women alike aren't too fond of long nose hairs. Thankfully, there are products and methods out there to help ward off this "seemingly" small but large problem.

In terms of methods, you can of course just tweeze the hairs out of the nasal cavity (painful idea), but if you're an individual with a sensitive nose then this method probably won't work out well for you. It's going to hurt and you're going to want to find something a little less painful but just as effective. Now you may have heard that you can also use scissors... this is NOT something I would recommend due to the injuries that one can incur through this method.

Of course if you're looking for something a bit more automated, it's easy to pick up a very inexpensive hair trimmer. You can use an outliner or an edger to get the job done. You want to look out for those outliners/edgers that have "T" blades on them.. it allows for better access to move around the nose more easily. There are also ear and nose trimmers specifically designed for that purpose as well. For the most part you'll find them labeled that way and not just "ear or nose" trimmers.

Other considerations for trimmers is to just make sure that the maintenance of the trimmer is going to be easy on you, that the blades are easily adjustable so that you can get a cleaner response from the trimmer if you don't like how it's preset at the time or purchase and be sure that it's safe to either rinse the blade with water or to clean it with alcohol. Alcohol is definitely better in terms of sterilizing if the trimmer is being used by more than one person. Again that's just something that you can inquire about before buying.

As a last word of mention, it's usually a good rule of thumb to trim once every two weeks.

Basic Tips For Hair Outlining and Edging

!±8± Basic Tips For Hair Outlining and Edging

I bet you've seen those actors or actresses with a perfect line outlining their hair. Well if you're anything like me I can't just see something and not wonder how I could do that to my own hair. Here we'll give you some insight into the process of simply lining your hair so that you can have a more clearly defined head of hair.

As you consider outlining your hair there are few basic things to consider. Ladies, you don't have to go to your hairstylist to get this done. Men, you certainly don't have to see your barber either to line your hair either. Anyone is capable of edging hair if you have the right tools. However, I would have someone assist you in doing the back of your hair. You can either follow that tip or use a hand mirror in addition to a larger mirror to see what you're doing when you get comfortable enough to do the back of your hair on your own.

Nevertheless, first and foremost, you "cannot" edge hair with a hair clipper. You should use a professional outliner or edging tool. Andis makes many of these products and Wahl is also among some of the brands that you can use to accomplish this task.

Make sure that the outliner has been oiled and that you have adjusted it to get the best and closest edge possible. Adjusting the outliner differs with the brand that you use. Either way this is definitely a trial and error process as far as getting the blades "just right". You'll know they are just right by testing the blade on a section of your hair where you want to start edging by how concise the line is.. if you find that the blade isn't really lining very well then you know that you'll have to adjust the blade even further. You should also be sure to wipe the excess oil and let the outliner sit for about 5 minutes so that it works it way down into the outliner.

You also want to make sure that the hair is NOT wet before you start.. it's much harder to see a clearly defined line, lining your hair while it's wet. That's not to say that you can't do it but as a matter of preference you'll find it easier lining your hair while it's dry.

It's very common to start outlining in the front of your hair. The best tip that you can utilize here is just barely touch the hair to make the line.. you'll be able to see the line form. You can press down a little further but pressing down too firmly will leave indentations in the hair and that can leave "dark" marks in the coming days after the edging has been completed. This is a sure sign of using the outliner too firmly on the hair and skin.

You should be able to easily work your way around the front and sides of your hair to create the lines that you want to achieve the best look possible. Once you're done have an assistant do the back. Some people are very sensitive when it comes to back of the neckline so be mindful to stay very still until the edging process is complete.

Professional Beard Trimmer - Protecting Your Beard and Mustache Trimmer From Damage

!±8± Professional Beard Trimmer - Protecting Your Beard and Mustache Trimmer From Damage

If you are thinking about buying a beard and mustache trimmer, you need to understand how to best maintain your new piece of equipment. Certainly, if you invest the money in buying the trimmer then you want it to last a long time and function properly for many years to come.

These trimmers are great grooming tools for men who have facial hair. They come in a variety of styles from different manufacturers in many different price ranges. One of the best things to make sure that your trimmer stays in good condition is by keeping it in a storage case when it is not in use. Some men make the mistake of keeping it on the counter where can easily be knocked off into the floor and broken. Often, these trimmers come with a storage case that will keep them well protected when you are not using them.

Another important thing to note is that you need to read the directions on your trimmer carefully when it comes to talking about cleaning it. Some shavers and trimmers are able to be used in only dry situations, whereas others are able to be used in water. Make sure you know what kind you have and whether you need to dry it off after every use. This will prevent the components from rusting and wearing out sooner. You still should clean the equipment after every use getting out any excess hair so that it does not clog up the working components of the equipment.

Make sure that you also take great care to store any accessories and attachments that came with your beard and mustache trimmer. This will help insure that they also stay in good repair so that you can use them for many years to come. If you haven't yet purchased one of these pieces of equipment, you can find some great deals online that cost anywhere from to over . Make sure to pay special attention to the name brand and reputation of the company said that you know they will stand behind their product in case something were to go wrong. You also want to read any customer reviews available online so that you know what other buyers thought after they used the product at home.
